In the anthology of Dark House (1995), the story "Rock and Roll Has to Die" was credited to Philip Nielsen in the table of contents but Neilsen on the title page of the story. He is also Neilsen in the "About the Contributors" section at the back, and on the back cover. "Neilsen" put here, as it is on the title page of the story. (I believe "Neilsen" to be correct based cross-referencing the information on the "About the Contributors" with the catalogue of the National Library of Australia; and also on the author - Neilsen's - website.
