The Pat McIntosh story in the Acknowledgements for Lin Carter's 1978 Anthology, "The Year's Best Fantasy Stories: 4", has an incorrect title listed, "The Girl In The Leather Cloak." The correct title, "The Cloak of Dreams", appears in the Table of Contents and on P. 114. The Acknowledgements page states this, "...The Cloak" by Pat McIntosh...appear here for the first time by arrangement with the authors and their agents".
