The Funny Farm

When petty thief Lenny Morgan catches wind of an extensive comics collection owned by the reclusive old Joe Satterlee, he thinks he's hit upon an easy score. Satterlee lives alone with his collection in a house outside three miles outside of town the locals have taken to calling "the funny farm." No friends or family, Satterlee won't hardly be missed if something should happen to him or his funny pages. But it isn't the frail old man that Morgan needs to worry about in that house...
