Married to Terry Carr from 1961 until his death in 1987. Married Robert Lichtman in 2000.
Note that Robert Silverback and DisCon III originally gave the date of death as 2021-08-31; Carr's husband, Robert Lichtman, later clarified that she died early on 2021-09-01.
According to Wikipedia and other online sources, she was born Carol Stuart. However, Robert Reginald's Contemporary Science Fiction Authors, page 44, gives the following two marriages for Terry Carr:
1. 1959/1961 to Norah Veronica Clarice Van Dycke (Miriam Dyches Carr Knight)
2. Carol Ann Newmark~, from September 7, 1961
Fancyclopedia states "Her maiden name was Newmark, and before Terry she was briefly married to Jack Stuart."
