Best known for the Pulitzer-Prize winning novel Beloved (1987), Toni Morrison was a fiction writer, editor, and professor. In 1970, she made her literary debut with the novel "The Bluest Eye". In 1993, she was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature. Other books include Sula, Song of Solomon, Tar Baby, Jazz, Paradise, Love, Home, and God Help the Child.
