Locus1 says in their [http://www.locusmag.com/index/s474.htm short story index] that Mink Mole is a pseudonym for Timothy MacNamara, and also says in their [http://www.locusmag.com/index/b336.htm book index] that "Mink Mole is probably a pseudonym for Tim Powers".
identifies this as a pseudonym for William Gibson.
The current wisdom is that "Mink Mole" is a variation of "Ferret", a well-known pseudonym for MacNamara, and hence that MacNamara is more likely. Note also that the MacNamara novel [http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/title.cgi?772061 Alligator Alley] has a cover by "Ferret" and "features performances by Dr. Adder, Mink Mole, Ferret and Don Coyote." Dr. Adder and Ferret are both known pseudonyms for MacNamara, lending credence to the claim that Mink Mole is as well.
