- "First published in Great Britain in 1974/by Weidenfeld and Nicolson/First Futura Publications edition 1974" on copyright page.
- "Publisher's printing history is incorrect, according to Whitaker's Cumulative Book List, which records the Orbit [Futura] edition as published in August 1974, followed by the Weidenfeld and Nicolson edition published in November 1974." - Currey.
- Despite the above comment, this is a Futura book with no Orbit branding.
- Cover artist not credited in or on book, he is credited here though.
